Responsibilities

• Jual produk perusahaan dan bangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan
• Berikan informasi produk, konsultasi, dan layanan terbaik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan
• Kembangkan strategi penjualan dan buat laporan penjualan harian, mingguan, bulanan
• Transaksi penjualan, kelola kas, setoran bank, dan administrasi kas kecil
• Kelola dan jaga persediaan toko serta aset perusahaan
• Ambil tanggung jawab atas keputusan strategis yang diterapkan di toko
• Ambil tanggung jawab atas pengembangan staf di toko

Job description

Sell company products and build and maintain good relationships with customers

Provide product information, consultation, and best service to meet customer needs

Develop sales strategy and create daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Conduct sales transactions, manage cash, bank deposits, and petty cash administration

Manage and maintain store inventory and company assets

Take responsibility for strategic decisions to be implemented in the store

Take responsibility for staff development in the store
