Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a Head of PPIC to lead F&B production planning, inventory control, and cost management across a central kitchen and outlets. This role drives efficiency, minimizes waste, and ensures timely material flow from vendors to all locations.

You will manage master production scheduling, BOM accuracy, and inventory forecasting while supervising PPIC and warehouse teams and reporting to top management. Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in PPIC, Supply Chain, or Cost Control within F&B, Restaurant, or FMCG industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, BA, Hospitality or related field.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• 1–2 years supervisory/managerial experience.
• Experience with ERP/SAP/Oracle/Odoo or similar inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the master production schedule for the central kitchen and outlets.
• Monitor inventory levels across locations to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Collaborate on cost control and waste reduction strategies to minimize food waste.
• Oversee BOM accuracy, vendor delivery schedules, and shelf-life management using FIFO/FEFO.
• Lead PPIC and warehouse teams; mentor and evaluate performance.
• Conduct regular stock opname audits and report inventory variance and production efficiency.
