RAJA FO in Indonesia is seeking a PPIC Supervisor/Manager to plan and control raw material requirements, inventory, and supply chain for a central kitchen in Puncak. The role emphasizes minimizing waste, optimizing stock levels, and coordinating with Purchasing, Warehouse, Kitchen, and Finance teams.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of PPIC experience in F&B, a related S1 degree, proficiency with ESB/ERP systems and Accurate, and strong Excel skills to manage data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as PPIC Supervisor/Manager in F&B/Central Kitchen or FMCG
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or Food Technology)
• Proficient in ESB System (POS/ERP F&B) and Accurate
• Strong Excel/data analysis for stock management
• Understanding of FIFO/FEFO and food safety standards

Responsabilités

• Develop raw material planning based on forecasts, menus, and consumption
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging and supplies
• Set min/max stock, reorder points and safety stock
• Control purchasing and replenishment to meet outlet needs on time and cost
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Kitchen/Chef, Finance, and Suppliers
• Monitor usage variance vs standard usage
• Maintain stock opname, inventory variance, waste, and shortages
• Forecast raw material requirements daily, weekly, monthly
• Develop PPIC systems to improve inventory and supply chain efficiency
• Provide recommendations to reduce waste and storage costs
• Ensure receiving, storage and distribution comply with SOP and food safety standards
• Prepare PPIC reports on stock levels, purchasing plans, turnover, variance and food cost
• Evaluate supplier performance with Purchasing team
• Lead PPIC/Inventory/Material Control team
• Schedule and control daily/weekly production at Central Kitchen
• Maintain safety stock levels to prevent stockouts
• Ensure smooth distribution of finished goods to outlets
