• Strong costing, menu engineering, and innovation.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all pastry & bakery production for outlets, banquet, events.
• Develop menus and plated desserts; chocolate/sugar work; seasonal concepts.
• Maintain HACCP, hygiene, and cost control.
• Lead and coach pastry team to drive high performance.
