Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Geology is required.
• POP, POM, and POU certifications are mandatory for KTT status.
• Minimum 8+ years in nickel mining with managerial or KTT experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with ESDM regulations and act as technical liaison with government agencies (permits, RKAB, environmental licenses).
• Lead preparation, evaluation, and control of RKAB, feasibility studies, and AMDAL for mine planning and production strategies.
• Oversee mining operations including overburden removal, ore production, hauling, stockpile management, shipping, and grade control.
• Lead HSE initiatives enforcing GMP and SMKP, and environmental compliance.
• Manage and mentor operations team and contractors to meet technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
