Job summary

Kandidat diharapkan berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang yang relevan dan memiliki pemahaman data operasional untuk laporan bulanan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree di bidang kesehatan.
• Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di relasi dokter/mitra sejenis.
• Proaktif dalam mengidentifikasi isu dan mengembangkan strategi outreach.
• Kemampuan menganalisis pola rujukan dan metrik kinerja.

Responsibilities

• Membangun hubungan dengan dokter, spesialis, agen, dan lembaga untuk meningkatkan rujukan ke rumah sakit.
• Menentukan target untuk pihak eksternal dan mengembangkan strategi pendekatan terkait layanan rumah sakit.
• Memperkenalkan fasilitas, produk, dan layanan rumah sakit kepada calon mitra.
• Membangun hubungan kerja yang baik dan teratur dengan pihak eksternal untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan fasilitas.
• Menjaga kelengkapan data pasien untuk laporan bulanan.
• Mengumpulkan data atau membuat laporan terkait aktivitas operasional dan kunjungan.
• Menerapkan prosedur mutu dan keselamatan layanan, mengikuti pelatihan, dan melaporkan indikator unit terkait.

• Building relationships with doctors/specialists/agents/agencies and ensuring that the information received by doctors/specialists/agents/agencies is the latest information and in accordance with the needs of the Hospital to increase patient referrals to the Hospital
• Determine targets for external parties (doctors/specialists/agents/agencies) based on the hospital's facilities, resources and needs to develop appropriate approach strategies in introducing the services and facilities owned by the hospital
• Introduce Hospital facilities, products and services to all potential doctors/specialists/agents/agencies
• Establish good and regular cooperative relationships with external parties to maximize increased use of Hospital facilities and services
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of recording patient data for use as monthly reporting
• Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities and visit results
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
• Bachelor Degree from Health
• Have minimum 1 year experience in the same field (Preferably)
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues, and implementing strategies to enhance physician relations.
• Ability to analyze referral patterns, performance metrics, and feedback to drive improvements and inform strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with healthcare management systems and electronic health records (EHR) can be advantageous.
