Job summary

PT Fata Organa Solusi, in partnership with CAC Holding Japan, seeks a Head of IT to own and elevate our technology foundation—infrastructure, cloud, information security, and IT operations.

This is a leadership role focused on strategy, team development, risk and vendor management, and stakeholder communication, not a hands-on admin role. You will lead an organization of 20–30 IT engineers and partner closely with development, product, and project teams to align IT with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with leadership roles (Head of IT/Infrastructure Manager).
• Strategic thinker who avoids hands-on task saturation; leads through others.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT strategy, roadmap, and budget.
• Own infrastructure and cloud environments end-to-end.
• Lead information security program and ISO 27001 alignment.
• Manage 20–40 IT engineers through team leads/managers.
• Review architectures, changes, vendors to raise standards and mitigate risk.
• Be the primary technical liaison with Japanese clients and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor contracts, licensing, and cost optimization.
• Establish IT policies, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
