Job summary

Sinarmas Mining is seeking an experienced HSE leader to develop and implement comprehensive policies, programs, and procedures across our operations. You will drive a positive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field, plus 8–10 years of progressive HSE experience in mining or heavy industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in HSE roles within mining or heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies, programs, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Lead and promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employees and contractors.
• Oversee emergency preparedness and response plans.
• Monitor HSE performance metrics and report to senior management.
• Collaborate with operational teams to integrate HSE best practices.
