Marriott International is seeking a seasoned Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for its Indonesian operations in Bekasi. The role oversees planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting, partnering with regional and global teams to drive cost governance and strategic capital allocation.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in FP&A within FMCG/manufacturing, strong modeling, ERP (SAP/Oracle) proficiency, and fluency in business English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, financial planning, or management reporting experience.
• Strong FMCG, Food & Beverage, manufacturing, or high-volume consumer business background.
• Senior-level, hands-on FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, modeling and management reporting responsibilities.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Experience supporting multinational organizations or regional/global structures is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, long-term financial planning and rolling forecasts across units.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning, forecasting, scenario analysis and decision support.
• Standardize data structures, financial logic and consolidation across units and entities.
• Consolidate financial and operational data into accurate management reports and MD&A.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages and executive dashboards for senior leadership.
• Monitor variances and track OpEx, CapEx, material costs, logistics, and other cost drivers against budgets.
