Job summary

The Practice Centre is seeking a Lead FP&A and Business Finance for a client in Indonesia. You will own end-to-end management of the P&L, planning, forecasting, MIS and commercial analytics, and partner with Operations and cross-functional leaders to translate insights into action.

This business-facing finance leadership role focuses on identifying risks and opportunities, supporting delivery of the Board-approved PBT plan, and strengthening commercial decision-making through robust analytics

Responsibilities

• Management Reporting – Detailed analysis and presentation of weekly performance review to Leadership Team.
• Identify financial and business risks early and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strengthen store-level financial discipline and accountability.
• Improve quality, speed and automation of FP&A, MIS and management reporting.
• Support sustainable PBT delivery through stronger commercial decision-making and business partnering.
