PT-Link-Net-Tb in Indonesia seeks a senior FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis across the organization. You will develop robust financial models, conduct profitability and variance analyses, and provide actionable insights to improve cash flow and long-term value.

You will partner with Business Unit leaders to drive financial performance, oversee revenue assurance and collections, and evaluate investments and strategic initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, strategic finance, or related roles within a complex, multi-business unit environment.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, financial modelling/forecasting and business partnering.
• Experience in media, fiber, or enterprise business sectors is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, revenue assurance, and working capital management
