Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an experienced finance leader to manage accounting and financial reporting for the hospital. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely financial statements.

The role requires 5 years in a related field, with Brevet A and tax brevet being preferred. You will collaborate with department heads and Head Office on monthly reporting and strategic financial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably with 1-2 years at the same level.
• Preferred certifications include Brevet A and tax brevet.

Job description

Manage accounting and financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards, ensuring accurate and timely financial reports.

Monitor and evaluate financial transactions and processes to minimize financial risks and improve hospital operations.

Ensure corporate tax reporting and payments are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations.

Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables to ensure sufficient funds for hospital operations and business needs.

Prepare, coordinate, and monitor the hospital’s annual budget and forecast, including budget realization.

Monitor procurement processes to ensure the availability of goods and services needed for hospital operations.

Lead and support department heads in implementing financial and operational strategies in line with approved budgets and targets.

Provide financial analysis, advice, and support to the Hospital Director and other departments in business planning and decision-making.

Coordinate with Head Office teams on monthly reporting, financial analysis, and other related matters.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

At least 5 years of experience in relevant field, preferably with 1-2 years’ experience at the same level

Preferred certifications include Brevet A and tax brevet.

Willingness to learn current practices and trends (including innovations by competitors) in the healthcare service industry and a desire to continually update knowledge regarding government regulations or financial standards and their impact on financial aspects.
