• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, MBA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting, with 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare industry strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Experience in financial systems and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, Brevet A & B, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all finance and accounting functions, including reporting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Manage annual budgeting process, forecasting, and financial planning to support hospital objectives.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting per standards and policies.
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee cash flow planning, banking relationships, and working capital management.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with hospital management and stakeholders in financial planning and investment evaluation.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team to build a high-performing organization.
