Qualifications

• Healthcare/hospital industry experience preferred.
• CPA, CA, Brevet A & B or equivalent advantageous.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Manage annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and financial planning to support hospital objectives.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting per standards, tax regs, and policies.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze results, and advise on cost efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee cash flow planning, banking relationships, and working capital management.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure governance and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with hospital management and stakeholders on financial planning and performance reviews.

• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze financial results, and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency, profitability, and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee cash flow planning, banking relationships, and working capital management to ensure healthy financial operations.
• Strengthen internal control systems and ensure compliance with corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with hospital management and corporate stakeholders in financial planning, investment evaluation, and business performance reviews.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team to build a high-performing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Master's Degree (Finance, Accounting, MBA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in the hospital or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, cash flow management, financial analysis, and internal controls.
• Experience in financial systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, Brevet A & B, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
