Job summary

PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure, Tbk in Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Head of Enterprise Business Solution Division to drive growth across ICT and digital solutions for enterprise customers. You will lead prospecting, develop proposals, and steer negotiations to close new opportunities.

The role requires strong telecom domain knowledge, strategic management, and a track record in building long-term relationships with government and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in telecommunications.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications business processes and marketing concepts.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic business relationships.
• Strong strategic management and business development skills.
• Excellent analytical skills in identifying new business opportunities and VoC.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospecting and new lead generation for enterprise customers in ICT and digital solutions.
• Develop service proposals, innovative business models, and commercial solutions for enterprise, cluster, wholesale, government, and other segments.
• Lead business negotiations with prospective customers to secure new business opportunities.
• Ensure initiatives align with customer needs, regulatory requirements, operational feasibility, and profitability targets.
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities through upselling and expansion.
• Gather and analyze customer insights to identify business needs and market opportunities.
• Develop customer retention and engagement strategies to minimize churn and maximize long‑term business opportunities.
