Job summary

Amartha Mikro Fintek seeks a Head of Engineering to lead strategic and hands-on tech efforts in our fintech environment. You will set team goals, hire engineers, and prioritize projects while actively building new products from scratch.

You will oversee 100+ engineers across frontend and backend, ensuring reliability, regulatory compliance, and scalable architecture while mentoring leaders and driving agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 5-10 person squads in a fintech/tech environment.
• Proven track record building data-intensive SaaS products from scratch.
• Strong understanding of scalable architectures and incident management.
• Experience with open API development and enterprise integration.
