Job summary

Amartha is hiring an IT Audit professional to assess controls, processes, and compliance across our growing tech-enabled microfinance ecosystem. You will design and implement IT audit procedures, analyze data for anomalies, and document findings with clear recommendations.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in IT controls auditing, experience with ISMS/ISO 27001, and strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and drive improvements within diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Technology or Business fields such as IT, IS or Computer Science.
• Minimum 4 years of auditing IT controls, including ISMS/ISO 27001.
• Experience with cybersecurity and IT regulatory reviews.
• Strong communication, initiative, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to detect anomalies, weaknesses, and non-compliance.
• Implement IT audit processes and documentation procedures.
• Identify root causes and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare audit working papers in a complete and timely manner.
• Monitor issues and verify implementations of internal controls.
• Coordinate advisory services to improve processes across business clusters.
• Maintain good relations with auditees and third parties during audits.
