TechConnect GmbH seeks a Chief IT Governance leader to establish and enforce enterprise-wide IT governance frameworks. You will ensure alignment of technology strategy, investments, and operations with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.

You will define policies, controls, and decision structures covering IT risk, cybersecurity governance, data governance, architecture standards, and portfolio oversight, driving transparency and disciplined execution

Qualifications

• Senior GRC leadership at group/multi-entity level with 15–18 years experience.
• Strong cross-sector regulatory knowledge; familiarity with regulators such as OJK is a plus.
• Expertise in ERM, controls, and standardized governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated capability to drive scalable, digital governance transformations.
• Trusted advisor with influential presence at board level.
• Experience handling regulatory issues and major risk events.

The Chief IT Governance leads the establishment and enforcement of enterprise-wide IT governance frameworks, ensuring that technology strategy, investments, and operations are aligned with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. This role defines and oversees policies, controls, and decision-making structures covering IT risk management, cybersecurity governance, compliance, data governance, architecture standards, and portfolio oversight. It ensures transparency, accountability, and disciplined execution across all technology initiatives while safeguarding the organization from operational, financial, and regulatory exposure. Strategically, the Chief IT Governance strengthens executive confidence in IT by embedding structured oversight, performance measurement, and value realization mechanisms. The role ensures that technology operates within a controlled, compliant, and risk-aware environment—supporting sustainable growth, enterprise resilience, and long-term digital transformation.
