Techconnect is seeking a senior executive to lead IT governance at the enterprise level. You will establish and enforce governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with strategy, risk, and compliance across the organization.

Your role requires deep regulatory mastery, ERM experience, and a proven track record in digital governance, risk management, and transformation initiatives that sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 15–18 years of senior GRC leadership at group/multi-entity level.
• Strong regulatory mastery with cross-sector experience; credibility with regulators a plus.
• Experience in ERM, controls, and standardized governance frameworks across businesses.
• Proven transformation capability in scalable, digital governance post-M&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and enforcement of enterprise-wide IT governance frameworks.
• Define policies, controls, and decision-making for IT risk, cybersecurity, and data governance.
• Embed oversight and value realization mechanisms to drive strategic IT outcomes.
