Job summary

Enterprise Digital Technology Services Edts is seeking an IT governance professional to develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and SOPs in alignment with ISO 27001. The role collaborates across IT, HR, Legal, and business units to ensure compliance and effective governance.

You will conduct regular audits, manage audits, and drive policy improvements onsite at Wisma 46 Jakarta Pusat. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in IT governance or compliance, strong documentation skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and minimum 3 years of experience in IT governance, IT compliance, risk management, or policy development.
• Strong understanding of IT frameworks and standards (ISO 27001).
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; analytical mindset with attention to detail."

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain IT policies, standards, guidelines, and SOPs.
• Ensure IT policies align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices (e.g., ISO 27001).
• Conduct regular policy audits and compliance assessments.

• Identify gaps in current IT processes and recommend improvements.
• Provide training and awareness sessions related to IT governance and policies.
• Monitor regulatory and technology changes that may impact company policies.

• Support internal and external audit activities related to IT governance.

Person we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Min 3 years of experience in IT governance, IT compliance, risk management, or policy development
• Strong understanding of IT frameworks and standards (ISO 27001)
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• IT portfolio and investment governance expertise
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit management
• Understanding of iso 27001 implementation
