Job summary

PT Allo Bank Indonesia, Tbk is seeking an experienced IT Governance professional to develop and implement governance frameworks across our IT functions in Jakarta Selatan. The role focuses on aligning IT with regulatory requirements and business needs, driving policy development, risk assessment, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Governance, IT Risk Management, IT Compliance, or IT Audit.
• Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, or NIST.
• Experience in IT policy development, compliance monitoring, and risk management processes.
• Familiar with IT regulatory requirements, particularly in banking, financial services, or fintech.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, ISO 27001, or ITIL certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Support and coordinate IT audits (internal and external) and ensure proper documentation and remediation of findings.
• Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of IT governance processes and controls across IT functions.
• Prepare and present IT governance reports, risk assessments, and compliance updates to management.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, and business teams to ensure strong governance practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
