Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is partnering with a leading global insurance and financial services group in Jakarta to appoint a Head of Core Solution Delivery. You will lead end-to-end delivery of core technology solutions for Life and General Insurance, bridging business needs with scalable technology, and guiding a delivery team to achieve measurable business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/Engineering or related field required; master's preferred.
10+ years of IT solution delivery, technology transformation, or related roles.
Strong experience in the insurance industry, Life and/or General Insurance.
Proven track record leading end-to-end technology implementation or transformation projects.
Solid understanding of core insurance processes (policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, servicing).
Experience with core insurance systems / PAS and enterprise apps.
Familiarity with system integration, APIs, data flows, and architecture.
Experience managing vendors, partners, cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines and risks.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with InsureMO or similar platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of core solutions from requirements to implementation and stabilization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
Drive delivery across policy administration, new business, underwriting, claims, customer servicing, and related processes.
Ensure solutions meet scope, timeline, budget, quality and risk targets.
Manage dependencies across business, IT, vendors and stakeholders for smooth execution.
Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization and efficiency.
Oversee system integration ensuring scalability, security and business fit.
Establish governance around delivery prioritization and performance.
