Job summary

AIA Indonesia is seeking a Core Architecture Specialist to serve as the core solution architecture authority in the Core Insurance domain, defining technical standards and validating non-functional requirements.

You will lead strategy and roadmaps, translate business needs into scalable designs, mentor delivery teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure architectural integrity, cost awareness and governance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical or information systems field with strong IT background.
• 10 years IT experience with 3 years in solution architecture or system analysis.
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with enterprise-scale core insurance systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the core applications architecture strategy and roadmaps in the core insurance domain.
• Translate project requirements into scalable, compliant solution designs.
• Ensure alignment with development standards, regulatory requirements, and EA principles.
• Develop architectural blueprints and documentation for governance bodies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams.
