PT Karya Putra Sangkuriang seeks an experienced accounting leader to head the accounting department, supervising staff and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data. You will oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP, maintain general ledger integrity and perform thorough reconciliations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA or Akuntan Bersertifikat (Indonesian equivalent).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (corporate income tax, VAT, and other statutory obligations).
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent understanding of GAAP or IFRS.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop accounting staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in Indonesian and English.
