Job summary

ETTA THE PLACE in Bali is seeking an experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar team and elevate our beverage program. You will guide daily bar operations, craft and maintain cocktail programs, and mentor bartenders and barbacks to uphold exceptional service.

We're looking for someone with at least 3 years in a reputable cocktail bar, prior leadership experience, and deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputable cocktail bar.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
