This full-time role emphasizes high standards of service, inventory control, and compliance with licensing and safety requirements. Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years as a bartender with 2–3 years in a supervisory role, strong knowledge of spirits, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience as a bartender, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail techniques (classic and contemporary).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate bar teams while maintaining service standards.
• Strong customer service skills with guest engagement.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, especially during peak hours.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Certification in responsible service of alcohol and food handling (or willingness to obtain).
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative with FOH/B OH teams.
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellence in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily bar operations with consistent high-quality beverages and service.
• Develop and execute innovative cocktail menus reflecting trends and creativity.
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior bartenders and bar staff.
• Monitor inventory, manage stock orders, and track beverage costs and usage.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and health-safety standards in the bar area.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues discretely.
• Collaborate with management to optimize bar profitability while upholding quality.
• Stay current with industry trends, spirits, and mixology techniques.
