Traveloka is seeking an execution-focused Technical Product Manager to join our Flight System Integration team. • Familiarity with Flight API ecosystem (GDS, NDC, PSS) is a plus.
• Strong Agile and Scrum knowledge.
• Data-driven decision-making with focus on optimizing system metrics and performance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills bridging business needs and technical implementation.

We seek an execution-focused Technical Product Manager to join our Flight System Integration team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day development and maintenance of API connections with our suppliers, ensuring they are optimized for performance and accuracy. In this role, you will be at the heart of our technical execution, ensuring the "pipes" that power our travel platform are robust and efficient. You will directly improve the booking feature & reliability for millions of customers by optimizing our direct integrations with global airline partners.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define detailed technical requirements and ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Act as the subject matter expert for API connectivity, proactively identifying and resolving issues in XML & JSON-based transactions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like API latency and success rates to identify areas for technical improvement.
• Partner with UX/UI designers and data scientists to ensure cohesive product strategies that enhance the end-user experience.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog with oversight from senior leadership, ensuring technical debt is balanced with new feature development.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to maintain the high availability of our flight systems.

Job Requirements
