Job summary

Blibli is seeking an IT Audit Senior Officer to develop and execute IT audit plans, assess key IT risks, and strengthen controls across the organization. You will analyze findings, craft actionable recommendations, and report to stakeholders to improve risk management and security.

The role requires 3+ years in IT audit or related areas, strong Excel/data analytics skills, and collaboration with IT teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• 3+ years of IT Audit, IT Risk, IT Controls, Information Security, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of IT audit planning, methodology, risk assessment, and internal controls.
• Experience with evidence gathering, control testing, and audit documentation.
• Knowledge of IT governance, regulatory requirements, and IT compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, lookups, dashboards and data analysis.
• Familiarity with IT audit tools and data analytics techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT audit plans by researching key IT risks and establishing audit strategies.
• Identify and assess IT risks, monitor threats and vulnerabilities to protect assets.
• Execute audit procedures, gather evidence, and prepare working papers.
• Analyze findings, identify root causes, and recommend practical risk mitigations.
• Draft clear audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Manage IT audit activities, ensuring resources and timelines are met.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to foster effective communication.
• Stay updated on IT audit standards, trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage data analytics to enhance audit efficiency and risk identification.
