Job summary

Education First is expanding our team with an experienced Course Consultant (Sales) to sell EF Adults products. You will consult potential students, work with departments to ensure a memorable learning experience, and build lasting relationships while maintaining the student database in the center.

The role requires a Diploma in a related field, 1+ year sales experience, and excellent communication with a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work in shifts is needed for center operations.

EF Adults is expanding our team and looking for an experiencedCourse Consultant (Sales)who is highly motivated and fits our EF culture. We are looking for a person who will be responsible for selling EF Adults products. You will work with theCourse Consultant teamto deliver the best consultation experience to our respective customers and help them facilitate the product that suits their needs the most.

Responsibilities:

• Provide EF English Course complete information and consultation to potential students
• Work hand-in-hand with another department to provide a positive memorable learning experience
• Establish positive long-term relationships with all EF Customers as well as maintain the students’ database in the respective center
• Ensure good quality business in the respective center
• Creating an accountable sales management database

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma's degree in a related field or equivalent
• Minimum 1-year experience in sales, or direct selling B2C
• Excellent interpersonal communication and promotion skills
• Excellent service attitude and ability to work as a team
• Self-motivated with a detail-oriented and outgoing personality
• Willing to work in shift
