Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Halal Assurance or Halal Certification Coordination, with preference for pharma, health supplements, cosmetics or consumer goods industries
• Possession of a Halal Assurance System (SJH) training certificate is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of BPJPH, LPPOM MUI and relevant international standards
• Detail-oriented, systematic, and able to coordinate across departments
• Strong communication skills, proactive, and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Manage online halal certification and document submission
• Update halal matrix and monitor expiring certificates
• Prepare documents and support halal audits
• Review halal compliance for new and alternative materials
• Register alternative materials and ensure approval
• Maintain and secure halal documentation
• Supervise halal-related costs and billing
• Assist with SOPs, job descriptions, and training materials
• Complete tasks from supervisors accurately and on time
