Job summary

Lembaga Pengkajian Pangan, Obat-Obatan dan Kosmetika MUI is seeking Halal Auditors to conduct halal audits, review documents, and assess compliance with halal requirements and regulations. The role involves preparing audit reports, evaluating corrective actions, and traveling domestically and internationally to verify practices.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in related fields, have English proficiency with IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 81–90, and ideally 2 years of Halal auditing

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy, or biology.
• Understanding SJPH Halal Product Assurance System; familiarity with GMP (ISO 22716), GMP Pharmaceuticals, and FSSC 22000 is a plus.
• 2 years of experience in Halal auditing preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• English proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 81–90; English proficiency certificate required.
• Basic proficiency in a second foreign language preferred (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, French, or Arabic).
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct halal audits and review supporting documents.
• Assess compliance with halal requirements and applicable regulations.
• Prepare audit reports and document findings.
• Evaluate corrective actions and follow up on audit findings.
