Nutritionals Company seeks an experienced Regulatory Affairs professional to manage product licensing, registrations, and Halal certifications. You will review formulations with the R&D team to ensure BPOM compliance and monitor regulatory changes that impact the F&B sector.
The role requires 4–6 years in Regulatory Affairs within Food & Beverage or FMCG, with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, and deep knowledge of BPOM, labeling, and halal requirements. Strong analytical skills are essential.
Manage product licensing and registration
Halal certifications and compliance
Review and approve product formulations with the R&D team to ensure compliance with BPOM limits for food additives (BTP), allergens, and nutritional standards.
Continuously monitor, analyze, and anticipate changes in Indonesian regulations (BPOM, SNI, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Trade) affecting the F&B industry.
Act as the primary regulatory advisor for cross‑functional project teams during the New Product Development (NPD) pipeline.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, or a closely related scientific field.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry. At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Deep, hands‑on understanding of Indonesian F&B regulations (BPOM laws regarding food additives, labeling, and claims).
Certified in Halal Assurance System (Sistem Jaminan Halal / SJH) implementation is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a high degree of meticulousness and attention to detail.
