Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is seeking a Team Leader for Quality Assurance located in Ciracas - East Jakarta. This role involves ensuring that all products meet quality standards and managing the QA Team to implement quality control effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related field, strong knowledge on quality standards such as ISO and CPKB, and necessary leadership skills. Intermediate English proficiency is also required for effective communication.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Quality Standards like CPKB, HALAL Certification, ISO 9001.
• Experience in Auditing Techniques and ISO document management.
• Technical and Laboratory knowledge in cosmetics or pharmacy.

• Monitor and maintain the Implementation of Quality Management System.
• Ensure HALAL conformity implementation as Halal Supervisor.
• Release Conform Product after approval.

Job description

This position will be located in Ciracas - East Jakarta. As Team Leader Quality Assurance you are expected to ensure that all products and its process meet consistent standard and manage QA Team to implement quality control.

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree of Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Industrial Engineering or related major.
• Have deep knowledge of Quality Standard based on CPKB, HALAL Certification, ISO 9001, ISO 22716, and other Quality Standard related to Production Process (cosmetics or pharmaceutical manufacture will be advantage).
• Have Technical and Laboratory knowledge in cosmetics or pharmacy.
• Experience on Auditing Technique and ISO documents management.
• Leadership and competence to apply problem analysis.
• Have broad understanding and knowledge on cosmetics products.
• Intermediate and active English both writing and speaking.
• Ms. Office computer application.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain Implementation of Quality Management System.
• Ensuring HALAL conformity implementation as Halal Supervisor (penyelia HALAL).
• Ensure implementation of EVE VEGAN & COSMOS as Quality Representative both standard and update standard sharing.
• Release Conform Product (CoA approval RM, PM, Bulk, Finish Goods).
• Commit to support implementation 5R/5S, GMP CPKB, Personal Hygiene, and High Awareness of Safety and Environment.
