Job summary

Lyvin Melasti Villas & Suites in Badung, Indonesia seeks a friendly Bell Boy to welcome guests and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience. You will assist with luggage, escort guests to their villas, and coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to uphold service standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of guest-service experience, is fit to lift luggage, speaks basic English, and is willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in bell desk or guest service role or fresh graduate with strong service attitude.
• Physically fit and able to lift luggage safely.
• Friendly, proactive, and guest-service oriented personality.
• Basic communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure.
• Handle guest luggage during check-in, check-out and transfers.
• Escort guests to rooms/villas and provide a quick orientation of facilities.
• Assist with guest requests such as transportation, deliveries, and errands.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of lobby and entrance areas.
• Coordinate with Reception and Housekeeping to ensure timely room readiness.
• Handle guest messages, packages, and deliveries as needed.
• Comply with grooming, safety, and service standards at all times.
