Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to rooms.
• Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving property.
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, hours, and local areas of interest.
• Identify and explain room features (key, mini-bar, in-room safe, etc.).
• Transport luggage to/from rooms or bell area; assist with storage and retrieval.
