GUEST RELATIONS SUPERVISOR

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience as a Guest Relations Officer in a luxury villa, hotel, or resort.

Strong sales and leadership skills.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Proactive, outgoing, well-groomed, and personable.

Able to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively and professionally.

Proven track record of delivering outstanding guest service.

Ability to work well as part of a team and lead other team members.

Strong knowledge of local attractions, activities, and cultural sites.
