Tavolo Group Bali is seeking a friendly server to welcome guests, take orders with accuracy using POS systems, deliver meals promptly, and ensure a tidy dining area.

You will answer questions, make recommendations, handle payments, and collaborate with bar and kitchen teams to create a memorable dining experience in Bali.

Excellent communication and high service standards, with ability to upsell and contribute to guest satisfaction and restaurant sales, are valued.

Formación

• Taking orders accurately and using POS systems.
• Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
• Answering questions and addressing concerns or complaints.
• Processing payments including cash and card transactions.
• Clearing and resetting tables while maintaining a tidy dining area.
• Communicating special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
• Suggesting appetizers, desserts, or drinks to boost sales.
• Working as part of a team with servers, bar staff, and kitchen.
