Job summary

PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras is seeking a Server on a contract basis in South Jakarta. You will deliver exceptional service, greet guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience in a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a server or waiting staff role in hospitality or restaurant settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to tables in a professional manner.
• Present menus and make recommendations based on dietary needs.
• Take accurate orders and relay to kitchen and bar.
• Serve promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Manage table settings, clear plates and reset tables between seatings.
• Process payments accurately (cash or card).
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials and prices.
• Support team to keep a clean and welcoming dining area.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
