• Process reservation requests accurately in the hotel's reservation system.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk for smooth check-ins/outs.
• Upsell hotel amenities, packages, and special offers to maximize revenue.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of facilities, services, and local attractions.
