Job summary

Accor is seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Agent to be the face of Pullman Jakarta Central Park. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and ensure a memorable stay from arrival to departure.

Requirements include previous front office or reservations experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin. You must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
• Answer guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate guest records using property management software.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards and safety procedures.
