Accorhotel is seeking a professional Bell Driver for our Jakarta property. You will transport guests and luggage throughout the hotel and to designated locations, ensuring a courteous and efficient guest experience. You are the face of our service commitment during arrival and departure.

The role requires strong customer service, good English communication, and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing role.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Able to lift and carry luggage and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Transport guests and their luggage safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage with professionalism.
• Provide directions and information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel layout, amenities, and procedures.
• Handle guest requests promptly and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Keep equipment and vehicles clean, safe, and operational.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest services.
