Job summary

25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services associate to warmly welcome guests and manage the lobby with a personal touch. You will assist with arrivals, provide information, and maintain an organized entry area in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Strong English communication, a neat appearance, and a proactive, guest-focused attitude are essential. Fresh graduates are welcome; Indonesian employment rules apply and a clean SIM A is required.

Qualifications

• Basic customer service or front desk experience preferred (not required).
• Strong English communication skills—written and verbal.
• Additional languages or local dialect knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver's license (SIM A) required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm greeting at the main entrance and be the first friendly face they see.
• Assist guests with opening/closing car and taxi doors and manage the lobby flow.
• Keep the entrance, baggage room and Duty Log organized, up-to-date and welcoming.
• Provide information and assistance to guests as needed, with a personalized touch.
• Remember frequent guests and maintain a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
• Coordinate with Security or the Duty Manager if anything suspicious is observed.
