Responsibilities
- Lead the Indonesia business, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies across channels to accelerate revenue.
- Drive sales, marketing and business development initiatives.
- Identify new market opportunities via insights, market research and analysis.
- Establish scalable operational processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to execute strategic priorities.
- Build and mentor a high-performing local team with accountability culture.
- Provide strategic updates and market intelligence to senior management.
- Maintain product portfolio understanding and contribute to positioning and expansion.
