Job summary

GrabFood is seeking a Strategy & Planning Associate to scale and expand the GrabFood business in Jabodetabek. You will drive demand and supply levers, optimize user funnels, and monitor competitor moves to grow the platform's user base.

You will join a lean, agile team, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Region Ops, and other departments to deliver P&L growth and meet key metrics. The role is based onsite in the Jakarta office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, complemented by an academic track record.
• 2+ years of working experience in strategy/consulting/retail/e-commerce.
• Experience with SQL would be an advantage.
• The ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions, backed by data insights.
• Experience with adapting to different types of pace and changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the key strategic initiatives for Jabo Grab Food business to achieve strategic & financial goals.
• Monitor and evaluate performance, user behavior, and the competitive landscape to produce relevant insights that inform business decisions and strategies.
• Report key findings & insights and provide recommendations on the next steps.
• Collaborate with teams from Sales, Marketing, Region Ops, and other departments to collaborate on planning, execution, and iteration to achieve our shared goals.
