Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making.

• Formulate short-term and long-term business development strategies for growth.
• Identify opportunities and markets to expand service reach and patient acquisition.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborations.
• Evaluate partnerships, mergers, or strategic alliances to enhance competitiveness.

• Prepare business development reports and presentations for management.
