Job summary

PT FIRST WAP INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Business Development Executive to prospect new business via advertising, cold calling, and networking, designing persuasive approaches to convert prospects into customers. You will maintain existing accounts and collaborate with sales, technical staff, and management to drive growth.

The role involves market research, coordinating sales strategies, and supporting negotiations with suppliers, with an emphasis on IT/mobile/internet services.

Qualifications

• S1 degree in Marketing / Business / IT / Engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing of IT/mobile/internet products/services.
• Bilingual English & Indonesian with excellent written and oral skills.
• Strong networking, interpersonal, communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes and work with people from different cultures.

Responsibilities

• Implement business development programs to achieve objectives locally and regionally.
• Market research and identifying and evaluating new business prospects.
• Carry out sales tasks and follow up; negotiate with suppliers.
• Coordinate selling strategies with sales agents.
• Assist with negotiations or resolution of customer issues and report on solutions.
• Take part in marketing and business planning tasks.
