Job summary

SPUN is seeking a Partnership Associate to drive growth through high-leverage partnerships—from Community Partnership, Affiliate Marketing, Managing Resellers and SMB Travel Agents and trade show collaborations. You will be working under the Digital & Growth Division to help identify, onboard, and scale acquisition channels that bring repeatable revenue to SPUN.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in experimentation, is deeply structured in execution, and knows how to balance

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in partnerships, BD, or growth marketing.
• Operational mindset with repeatable systems.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• Creative in finding and closing partners, yet execution‑oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Interest in travel or international languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and onboard SMB partners and affiliates to drive customer acquisition.
• Build and manage our Affiliate & KOL network, including performance tracking and optimization.
• Plan and execute partnership-driven trade shows, workshops, or offline activations.
• Collaborate with the Content and Growth teams to develop co‑branded campaigns and acquisition funnels.
• Develop scalable playbooks and SOPs for onboarding and activating partners.
• Monitor, measure, and report the effectiveness of each partnership channel.
• Continuously iterate on what's working and what's not; think like a growth hacker, act like a relationship builder.
