Job summary

Ruangguru for Business seeks a Regional Branch Manager to coordinate multiple branches and drive growth. You will oversee operations, lead events and marketing initiatives, and apply PnL insights to optimize revenue while ensuring a superior student experience across the region.

The role requires strong leadership, people management, and bilingual communication in Indonesian and English, with prior experience in education/start-up environments preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Leadership experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business Operations.
• Good knowledge of people management and leading a team.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English; English teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage branches within the regional area to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead branch activity initiatives including events, promotions and marketing to drive enrollment.
• Apply PnL concepts to evaluate local markets and identify sales opportunities to grow revenue.
• Oversee the customer journey to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
