Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Strategy – Develop and execute strategies across social media, website, Google, and other digital channels.
• Content Management – Plan, create, and supervise content aligned with BIA brand and campaign objectives.
• Social Media Management – Manage social media activities, audience engagement, and community growth.
• Campaign Management – Execute digital campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities to generate awareness, leads, and conversions.
• Brand Communication – Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and communication across all channels.
• Performance Monitoring – Monitor digital marketing metrics, engagement, leads, conversion, and campaign ROI.
• Team Supervision – Lead, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of the Marketing Communication & Digital Marketing team.
• Collaboration – Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Clinical, and external partners to support business and marketing objectives.
• Reporting – Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
