Job summary

Woodara Global Marketplace is seeking an hands-on Executive Marketer to think strategically and execute across growth initiatives in Indonesia. You will conduct market research, run custdev interviews with developers and designers, and define value propositions for each segment.

You will develop the brand, create messaging for all channels, and oversee content across the website and social media while leading lead-gen campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing with 1-2 years in a senior/lead role.
• Experience in B2B marketing and/or real estate, construction, interior or hospitality sectors is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Excellent English - written and spoken.
• Ability to relocate to Bali and work from Bali on a full-time basis.
• Startup or growth-stage experience building marketing from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assess market size and positioning opportunities in Indonesia.
• Run custdev interviews with developers, architects and designers.
• Build audience segmentation and define clear value propositions for each segment.
• Evaluate and develop new business directions for Woodara (e.g., China-to-Bali goods supply, retail marketplace).
• Develop and maintain Woodara's brand identity, tone of voice and messaging across all channels.
• Oversee content creation for website, social media and marketing materials.
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other channels.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimise campaigns based on performance data.
• Build and manage a partner program for architects and designers.
• Set up and maintain ClickUp CRM, analytics and reporting systems.
• Manage Woodara's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and the website.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters and external contractors.
